Malleability - the theme for our district! With that thought in mind, anything that is attached to an email, uploaded to the web, or shared with anyone else should be in pdf form. Why? People may not have the program that you used to create the document you are sharing. They might have to have the program to open a document. If you print the document as a pdf then everyone can open the document regardless of type of machine or program. It saves time and frustration. If you do not know how to do this ask one of the members from the technology committee and they would be happy to help.

As part of the technology committee's work we have had an audit of the school done. This audit was a over view of our current situation and where we should be thinking about going in the future. There are a lot of changes coming in the next few months and the committee wanted to have a plan in place. Technology Audit 2016

Start with the calendar - it doesn’t matter which one. Click the arrow circled after “Select Events from other calendars” Click the greater than sign next to the  >Ouray You will then get this window Click on any of the calendars you want to see “merged” into one. Any calendar that is checked will then show up so you can see the “whole” picture of those calendars.

Can be used in almost any program and/or browser ctrl + c = copy ctrl + p = print ctrl + v = paste ctrl + f = find
